حسین توکلی معاون سازمان سنجش درباره سردرگمی دانشجویان نسبت به دریافت دفترچه آزمون دکترا گفت: داوطلبان این دوره می‌توانند دفترچه آزمون دکترا را از طریق سایت سازمان سنجش دریافت کنند. وی بیان داشت: ثبت‌نام در آزمون دکترا از امروز، یک‌شنبه 3 بهمن آغاز و تا 10 بهمن ادامه دارد.
